Because tattooing involves breaking of the skin which is a semi evasive procedure, USED or DISPOSABLE items, such as ink and needles, may not be returned or refunded. All other items are guaranteed for 30 days against defects in materials or workmanship and may be returned with prior authorization and an original sales receipt if purchased by a verified licensed professional tattoo artist. A 20% restocking fee will apply towards any return that is undamaged. Items that have been altered by the customer or items with missing parts can not be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description of the item. All orders must be shipped to the billing address for the payment option selected by the customer. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for orders, returns, and warranty service.
